- I don't see a sign up box on the homepage, how do I log in?
- We use your Facebook account to manage your profile on our site, so there's no need for a lengthy registration process. Click on the blue “Get Started” button under the Get Started sign (or in the top right) of the homepage, and enter your Facebook username and password to log in.
- Do you see my Facebook password when I log in to Personera?
- No. Your password is verified directly by Facebook and we don't see or store that information. Facebook gives us a unique identifier to let us know who you are and allows us to communicate with your Facebook account. You remain in control of all your account details and profile content.
- How do I personalize my own product?

It's really easy. From the homepage, log in using your Facebook details and arrive at your dashboard. Then:
- Click on “Start new project” to begin personalizing a new calendar;
- Name your project and choose a theme from the design browser;
- Select or manually enter the birthdays and events to add;
- Use the photo browser to drag and drop your Facebook photos into the calendar, month by month;
- Click on Preview to see a sample of what it's going to look like.
Each step described above takes place on it's own page. Click on “Next” or “Back” to navigate between the customization pages.
- Can I save my projects and finish or pay for them later?
- Yes. You can save your projects by clicking on the “Save” button at the top of the page when you are personalizing your product. Finished and incomplete projects can be saved. You can open a saved project later for editing or purchase it directly as is.
- What Facebook content can I include in my product?
- You can include your Facebook friends' birthdays, events that you have RSVP'd to, and photos in your Personera calendar. You can choose any pics from your photo albums, or photos that you've been tagged in.
- Can other Personera users see the calendars that I create?
- No. Your projects are kept private from other users. If you'd like to share your calendars with other people online, suggest it as a feature to us by using the contact form below.
- I'm confused about the credit card payment process. Can you explain it?

After previewing your product, click on “Order” to enter your shipping address and proceed to the check out page. At the check out page, you will be presented with your shopping cart, which displays the products you are purchasing and your order total. Next:
- Click on the button called “Pay with credit card” to initiate the payment process. You will be redirected to our payment provider's secure processing page, where you can enter your credit card details.
- After entering your name, credit card number, expiry date, CVC code, click on “Submit”.
- The site will then ask you to enter your credit card PIN. This is an added security measure to protect your account.
- You will then be redirected back to Personera.com and your order confirmation will be displayed.
After payment has been made, you will also receive a copy of your order confirmation via email.
- I have a discount voucher! How do I claim it?
- First off, congratulations! You can claim your voucher/coupon by entering it on the check out page (after you have finished personalizing your product), where your shopping cart contents are displayed. Enter your voucher code in the required field and click on “Claim it” to deduct the discount amount from your order.
- Can I share my voucher with friends?

Yes and no, depending on the voucher. Vouchers that can be shared are referred to as “coupons”, and these are usually written as words, e.g. “COUPON”. They can be used an unlimited number of times (as long as it hasn't expired or the promotion hasn't been closed). Coupons always start with a letter, e.g. “C”.
A voucher is a unique 8-character code that can only be used once. They can contain numbers and letters, e.g. “19XYZ3H6”. Usually, Personera.com will email you directly to let you know if you've received a voucher from someone else. Vouchers always start with a number, e.g. “4”.
- Why was I billed in South African rands (ZAR) and not US dollars (USD)?

The credit card processing service that we are using now does not allow us to bill customers in US dollars, so we are forced to bill in SA rands (ZAR). We do a real-time currency conversion to make sure that you get billed the correct amount (if converted to dollars), and we will never overcharge you. We're working on providing dollar billing for our customers as soon as possible.
Please rest assured that your credit card information is fully secure. Ordering a product on our site is a normal online transaction with the only difference being the currency that we bill you in. The amount of money deducted from your credit card is the same amount advertised.
- I've placed an order, how long will my product take to arrive?
- Thanks! Your product will arrive in your mailbox or at your door within 1 to 3 weeks.
- How can I make a product suggestion or report a problem?
- We love feedback! We recommend that you post your suggestion or question on our customer forum. If you'd prefer to keep it private, please email feedback@personera.com.
