As a user of the Personera service, we may collect and process the following data from and about you:
Information that you provide by filling in forms or registering on the website. The typical information that we collect includes your name, email address, address and telephone number.
Information obtained by linking the Personera service with your Facebook account.
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
Details of transactions you carry out through the Personera service and of the fulfillment of your orders.
Details of your visits to the website including, but not limited to, traffic data and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

IP addresses
IP Addresses are automatically reported by your browser each time you view a web page. Your IP address is stored in our user registration databases when you register with Personera.
IP addresses may be used for various purposes, including:
To diagnose or service technology problems reported by our users or engineers that are associated with the IP addresses controlled by a specific web company or ISP.

Opt-out
While Personera does not give you the opportunity to remove your information from our database, you may remove certain information by contacting us directly at feedback@personera.com. This includes electing not to receive future company communications or marketing material from Personera or to opting to discontinue use of our service. Note that we cannot control whether another Personera user contacts you or sends you a Personera invitation using our service.
Information sharing
If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
Personera may be required to disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Personera Terms of Service.
Personera may share demographic information with business partners. No personally identifiable information will ever be used without your permission.

We will transfer information about you if Personera is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Personera will notify you by email or by putting a notice on the Personera web site before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
